I'm Hannah Aust, a photographer from Carlisle, PA. I am currently working towards a BFA in Photography and Video from the Pennsylvania College of Art and Design. My work is about those everyday, special, and intimate moments between a family. The moments people may see within their own family in a space they all feel safe, but might not necessarily witness out in public. These ideas are evident in all the chaotic energy or relaxed postures of the people within the photographs. Half the time they aren’t even aware of the camera on them allowing me to create the kind of work I want.
